Clinton, Huckabee, McCain, Obama???
First, let me say that I am not as politically plugged in as my dear friend Thenera who lives in our nation’s capital.
But this year (since I’m 30) I feel like I really need to be smarter about politics and where I stand politically.
When I look at my religious beliefs, it would seem that I should vote conservative republican. But when I look at my checking account, it would seem that I should vote liberal democrat.
I haven’t decided which way I’m going to go. I have 13 more days before our primary - so it’s a decision that I need to make soon.
The last time we had a presidental election I was only 26 and very impressionable. Four years later, I don’t feel as vulnerable and impressionable as before. It feels like I’m a “real adult” now and I’ve got to make this decision on my own.
I’m sure Thenera has already made her decision on this issue as she has STRONG political beliefs (that she’s had since she was 10!).
